...inside of you? Just kidding, but I have heard that a suitcase in the closet is ideal, especially if it has a lock. Or maybe a locking tackle box under the bed for even closer access. Although, I guess it really depend on how big your collection is.

Oohh no, no! Little children know exactly where to look. Under the bed is too easy for them. If you are expecting grown up visitors, under the bed should be fine. Look for somewhere high to hide your toys, perhaps a cupboard out of reach, or top shelf in your closet. It would also be best if it was disguised. Put your stuff in an old shoe box, or in a toy box inside a shoe box.

However, if it is a sex swing or something large you could always use an old beat up trunk as a coffee table (locked of course). Maybe its just me but I think it looks stylish, and if they ask you why its locked you can say that is where you keep important documents or something to that effect. Be creative.

My main stash is in a Tunti, locked, inside of a footlocker, also locked, which cannot be opened without moving a piece of furniture. My overflow is in a locked (but depressingly cheap and plastic) safe, inside a cardboard box which is taped shut and deceptively labeled, which is in turn hidden in a false ceiling, where it cannot be extracted without a screwdriver.

I'll be spending my Black Friday at the hardware store and the fabric store, respectively, so that I can spend my weekend building a proper replacement for the footlocker.
