I actually prefer g-spot vibrators myself. Simply because, usually they are stronger than clit vibes, rechargeable, waterproof and I have the option of using one inserted and one on my clit, or just one on my clit while a dildo is inserted. A vibrating g-spot toy provides vibrations when you want them where you want them and thrusting ability when you want them as well.
Dildo's, generally speaking do not. Which is why I buy lots of glass and hardly ever any silicone dildos!

It took me a while to get into using dildos but now I use them almost every time. Vibrators are very hit or miss with me.
