I'd buy one if that was the only way it was available, I suppose, but in general I just find them yucky. Realistic shaping is okay though.

I prefer darker colors (black especially) but sans that, I'd go for fleshtones over some crazy random neon orange

I'm okay with them. I tend to buy other toys rather than lifelike but Im not opposed to realistic and I do really want a vixskin toy so yea...

I like the semi-realistic tones. That is, all one solid flesh-tone. My VixSkin Tex is one of my favorite toys ever. The ultra-realistic ones that have colored veins and differently-toned heads are a bit much.

The hurdle for us was using realistically shaped toys, after getting over that the color was not as big of a deal. Although we're Caucasian, the ones we get are darker colors - so I suppose there is still some fantasy element to it.

I, like most, prefer different-colored (but not black, because, seeing my girljuice on black is gag-inducing), but will take flesh-colored if that's my only choice. In flesh-tones, I prefer non-caucasian.

My preference is for colors starkly in contrast to any natural coloration of myself or my partner. Brilliant Red, Purple, Blue, even Carbon Black but "flesh color" no thank you.

I'm okay with them, but darker colored toys do bother me a little bit. Something about cum on a really dark color just grosses me out! I feel bad about it, but we all have our preferences. Otherwise, I don't really care~
