I got my njoy Eleven and it's lovely. But.... the little purse/bag it comes in has a hole in the side! I can tell the hole can easily get bigger and that eventually the dildo will worm its way out the side. It looks like it was punctured by something, perhaps during unpacking when it was shipped to the retailer?

Does anyone know if njoy would replace the little purse? I'm afraid it will get worse with time and I don't know how to patch it up.

Write to Njoy about it. I'm sure they'll replace it. Both Jimmyjane and Duncan Charles have been stellar about replacing broken toys for me.

When you pay that much for a toy you expect it to be perfect.

Alright I'll give it a shot. The toy is pristine, not a problem, scratch, or otherwise. It's just the little purse it came in the leather/pleather/whate ver it is is torn.

I don't think he can help I got it from another retailer. I'm just wondering if njoy has replacement things for their toys or whatever like some toy companies do.

I sent an e-mail, here's hoping they respond.
