I've heard of toys like this but have never tried one. I know that the lube, Liquid Silk, is sometimes used as fake ejaculate.

We research some and went with a lube shooter instead for much less money. We didn't like that the long tube connecting the pump to the dil would dangle somewhere. BD's lube as LS does resemble semen.

Since we have several Bad Dragon dildos, I have had to make the cum-tube or not decision each time, and each time the answer is no. We have no interest in cleaning up the results of the faux cum. I save $20 and buy a fresh bottle of Tequila
