I still haven't quite figured mine out, but I don't actually have a problem with it. I think I'm just getting used to a toy that isn't straight... It's good, I just haven't fallen in love yet.

It doesn't do it for me. I think I need something that is firmer and has texture. If your wife needs firmness and texture, I would keep looking.
