G-Spot orgasm

Contributor: Minxy Minxy
A friend of has had a hysterectomy and is having trouble achieving a G-spot orgasm. One of the books I've read directly correlated G-spot orgasm to the uterus. So if you dont have a uterus is it impossible to have a G-spot orgasm?

It's still possible. Was she able to have one before the hysterectomy? The g-spot is located below the cervix. The uterus is above the cervix.
And how did they do the hysterectomy? If they did it vaginally, she may have some scar tissue or inflammation. It's best to talk to her gynecologist.

Your book is wrong. I had a complete hysterectomy 4 years ago (ovaries and uterus removed) and I have g-spot orgasms. In fact I never had one until recently, but now I have them regularly and they're becoming increasingly strong, I'm happy to say.

I wondered about sexual response too, because I know the uterus contracts during orgasm and I didn't know how important that was to sensation. But my clitoral orgasms are just as intense as they were during my pre-hysterectomy days.

There is a scar at the top of my vagina though, and it hurts if anything presses against that will too much force. I wish they had left my cervix in.

Did your friend have g-spot orgasms before her hysterectomy? If not it can take awhile to achieve the first one. I recommend the Ella for her.

The surgery was preformed like a C-section. She's never had a G-spot orgasm but really wants to and I had no Idea how to answer her question. Thanks for the info.
