How about an Amethyst, double-headed with a g-spot bulge on one end and multiple bulges on the other?

I'd go with something that wasn't too big, but pretty, like the Gold Laced G or Amethyst.

I would probably get something really pretty, maybe a little pricier than I might normally spend since it's a gift. One of the pieces that looks more like a piece of art. I'd try to infer from what I know about her what she might like aesthetically but might not have bought for herself.
