They are dishwasher safe, but I can never understand why you'd want to put sex toys in the dishwasher. For one thing: food particles?? Ew. And for another thing, most dish soap leaves residue that you wouldn't want in your nethers.

I think you're supposed to run the dishwasher without any dirty dishes or soap in it. At least, that's the way I understood it. This isn't really practical unless you own a lot of dishwasher safe toys.
