The urge to pee means you're doing something right.
Picture the pure wand as the rocker on a rocking horse. Imagine it rocking. That's one of the methods that folks like. Insert, and then use downward pressure on whichever end is now outside of your body, pressing the other end up against your g-spot. Then rock it gently, increasing and decreasing that pressure with each rock. Keep doing it for as long as it feels good, and don't worry about the goal. It'll happen when it happens.
Alternately, you can try a windshield wiper motion, moving the toy slightly from side to side, but I find that incredibly awkward with the Pure Wand, and much easier with something like the Icicles 17.

I actually thrust with the pure wand...pretty slowly first. If you aren't having any luck, try stimulating your clitoris at the same time you use the wand. For me it's absolutely AMAZING when I combing the two sensations. I like to use a bullet on my clit and the pure wand. The urge to pee is really good! To make it a little easier, always pee right before you start. Try out both sides to see what works best for you. I actually like both sides, but find that the bigger ball puts greater pressure on the G-spot. Also, I found it easier to use the pure wand sitting up because of its curve. Hope that helps!
