Jelly dildos..are they safe?

Contributor: CandyCandice CandyCandice
Okay so I have mostly glass toys and I LOVE them but sometimes I like my jelly toys. I recently read on many sites that they are dangerous for our health and I also wondered why my one jelly dildo feels oily! Its not from lube or anything. I wash it before and after each use and after about an hour or so it feels oily for some reason. What do y'all think?

I believe you already knew what the conclusion is, after reading information from all those sites informing you jelly toys are dangerous to your health. Those oily residues are actually chemicals that are continuously leaking out from the jelly dildo. My suggestions for you is to either use condoms with that dildo, or just dump it.

You may be able to find something similar in a different, safer material. We ditched the few jelly ones we had when I read how bad they were and switched to silicone for the majority of ours.
