Perhaps one of the VixSkin dildos would fit the bill. They're silicone, so they're tasteless and sterilizable, and their bases are suitable for harness use as well. Plus they come in an admirable range of sizes. I have two and enjoy playing with both of them orally.
Just make sure your friend doesn't bite them. I've heard that teeth marks are easy to leave in soft silicone.

Thanks for the tip! I'll have a look at the Vixskin options. I've seen the Johnny Vixskin, but...that's a bit big for the purpose. o_O

The Tantus Adam O2 has a nice curve to the shaft, it isn't too thick, and the dual core provides a realistic feel. All should aid it sliding down the throat.
