I've been wondering if anyone has had any accidents using glass and vibrators at the same time. It did occur to me that a strong vibe could crack glass, but I'm not sure if the glass used in dildos are safe.

You should be totally fine. The glass used for dildos is very safe. The vibrations won't damage the glass.

Agreed! Also, you should be fine unless the glass is either cracked or chipped. If the glass is, you should not use the toy.

Most glass sex toys use borosilicate glass, it is much more durable than ordinary glass. A silicone or plastic vibrator bumping against borosilicate glass won't do it any harm. If this glass does break, it will only crack in large chunks and won't shatter.
