A "size queen" usually refers to someone who likes larger toys, so the toy isn't the size queen, the person is. I am not sure what size dildos one needs to prefer to be classified as a size queen though. I know I have a few larger toys, but I would not say I am a size queen.

Depends on everyone's anatomy also. some people feel full at 1.5 inches. I love the full feeling (sort of why the Eleven is one of my favorites)

Based on my question, Size King/Queen? I would say that 2" is the most popular answer. I would say this would work vaginally or anally.
