Interesting question. It depends on several factors, like warmup as many have said. But there's also your basic physiology: are you petite and slender or larger-framed? If you're on the small side, I'd suggest being cautious with the larger sizes. And of course, arousal plays a big role. Like MidnightStorm said, having a sexy partner will help A LOT!
