Usually when you see items like this with someone reviewing it already but not in stock YET is EF is giving higher ranked advanced contributors a chance to try it out and have their input on it before they bring it in. Most of the times it will appear shortly thereafter so set an alert for it and you will be notified when it comes in stock.
