My number one concern for sex toys is that they are pleasurable. Number two concern is safety. If those two are fulfilled, then yes being "green" would follow those two priorities.

Safety and pleasure definitely first. I will say I'm much more interested in rechargeables these days. With the kids' games and other gadgets eating batteries by the pack, anything I can do to cut back is a good thing for the budget - and mother earth.

It's not necessarily my first priority, but it's definitely something that I'll consider. If there are two similar toys but one is green I am more likely to get the green one.

Exactly!!!

But not the kids gadgets eating batteries, I am just tired of buying them!

I don't buy my toys based on whether they're 'green' or not. It just happens that I like using rechargeable toys and am a fan of stainless steel toys, which are all supposed to be 'green'.

I'd rather have a non-green toy that works than a green toy that I never use because it doesn't feel good.

I have to admit, green isn't the first thing that pops in my mind. Granted it be nice, but the first thing that comes to mind is how safe is this toy that is going to be used on a area of my body that is tender?

If it is great, but that is the last thing I may look at.

Yes, very much, and I go with less Mama Earth-friendly toys only when they are really something special I couldn't miss out on, but other than that I obtain only rechargeable and body-safe toys, mostly those what wouldn't be a problem to toss into the grass if you had to, and I use rechargeable batteries only unless I have to be charging them and use casual batteries in the meantime, but yes, as much as I can I much more have Mother Earth friendly toys than those made of weird materials for example... ^^

I take it into consideration, but if it's a terrible toy that happens to be green then I pass.

I'm not concerned.

I probably should be concerned, but I'm not.

I'd say that it's a factor in my decision but not my first quality I look for.

Let's say it's an added bonus after other qualities.

No, not really, can you define "green" anyways.

The toys I buy are green, but that's not the reason I buy them.

I try to be green in other ways but I've been thinking of going green with toys as well. but I dont think I would freak out if I found out something wasnt green. I wouldn't be happy dont get me wrong LOL

To a degree. I tend to avoid anything that's disposable or has a short life, because I don't want to fill up landfills with my crap, but that's true of everything, not just sex toys. If a toy will only work well with non-rechargeable batteries, it's going to get used a whole lot less. Same with other electronics in my life. Rechargeable is better.

But it's not a perfect world, so I won't necessarily turn my nose up at something for failing to be perfectly green.

I prefer a green toy but my first concern is my safety and pleasure.

Its a great factor but usually I look at other factors first before that one.

I go for material safety over anything

I'm not bothered either way, but I prefer something rechargeable just because I hate buying batteries. If that also makes the toy green then I guess that's a bonus.
