These run small. I got mine today. I have to send it back. I ordered the 38 and I can not even get it to met at my 35" waist. They run small.

Are the sizes supposed to be the waist measurements? I always thought they were bust measurements!

Yes, the 38 is the bust, but if you check the size chart for that company, the waist is supposed to fit 35". It does suck.
And god, am I tired to see pictures of lingerie changed by Photoshop. Women are looking deformed in those corsets now. Sorry, end of rant.

I am actually not going to write the review because it was an assignment and I want to send it back, that is the largest size they have, so I am going to order something else. But while I have it here could answer anyone's questions about it.

This exact item isn't on my wishlist, but I really wanted to get the waist cincher by the same brand. If the 38 doesn't fit you, there's no way it will fit me!

I would recommend at least ordering one size up, because there is probably enough room to get the 38 to be a 36, but if you are much larger than that, it will not work. This is bust size. In case anyone is wondering the boning is plastic and not sturdy and the strings are pretty much shoe laces.

I just got mine for review and I'm confused by all these posts not fitting at the waist, mine fit fine. Granted I'm on the small side but I wear a 32 bra and the proportions of the corset seemed reasonable. Is this with the laces tied tight or was it really just too small? If my experience is that different from other purchasers I want to note that in my review.
