Uumm I am not a man, but ewwww. (The "ewww" is just my opinion and if one is into it- then go for it) So help me God if I catch my husband answering this in the wrong way, I will have to divorce him due to those differences. I am not going to compromise on such things, LOL!

Hmmm, good question. One which I have pondered briefly, but never formulated an opinion. I think worn underwear is sexy...worn by my SO. I really like her scent, so yes, it is sexy.

Soiled underwear is a different situation...

Worn underwear can be very sexy. I love the scent of an aroused woman and if she has been so aroused to dampen the panties, or even masturbated in them, that is very hot. Not saying I would want to keep them (although I can think of situations where I might), but during that play session...yes!

In fact I have heard of some women who will masturbate in the morning and then stuff the panties in their husbands pocket as he is leaving or hide them in his coat pocket. I know if that happened to me, I would barely make the front door when I got home before the clothes started to come off!

Lol haha! I liked what you said here. I would NOT be into it either and I've never even thought of the idea. Certainly a unique one!

By the way, when you say soiled do you mean like... (how should I put this)... pooped in or peed in?
