I used to be really body conscience but my hubby always tells me that he loves my body the way it is. It really helps to have his support. Just be proud of who you are and play up the your best features. I found that the more I wore lingerie, the more comfortable I felt in it.

This is much easier said than done, but you just have to work it! It's understandable to be self-conscious. But if you want to wear lingerie, then go for it! Flaunt what you got!

I know it sounds silly, but I reccomend people who are uncomfortable in their own bodies just hang out in the nude sometimes when you're in your own house. You become so much more in tune and less judgemental about what you've got, and confidence is half the battle. :]
