Bra-less... good? or bad?

I'm really uncomfortable in public without a bra. The last time I went braless was years ago. I had gotten my nipples pierced and wearing a bra hurt so I ended up going to class without one. Never again.

No. Never okay if you can tell a bra is not being worn. IF it is discreet, then it might be permissible. I don't care what size you are.

There is nothing better than coming home from a day out and whipping the damn bra off! So liberating!! If I could go braless I would, but my boobs are big and I just feel like everyone is staring, which I hate.

ooh! I hate wearing a bra! my boobies need air! I must wear them in public, but as soon as I get home the first thing I do is strip that bra off! Hope this does not leave me saggy one day. Just something I hate to wear.

I don't really care about other people and their bra habits.

I will notice if it's cold out and the woman is braless and her shirt is thin. 'Cause it's like HI THERE BOOBS!

But for me personally, I went without bra for a few months in college, when I was maybe an A-cup (maybe less). I was fine with it, it just felt weird for the first few weeks.
It was an adjustment.

Prefer not to, size is a discomfort. I also wouldn't want dirty looks in public.

Do what's comfy! Personally, my breasts are quite firm, so a bra only actually makes a difference if I'm going to be jumping up and down a lot. After basically not wearing bras for about 6 months, they drive me crazy! Holy crap, so uncomfortable!

Even with an A-cup, I don't enjoy seeing nipples poking through a shirt in public. It's kind of rude.

I'm about a larger A right now and sometimes go without a bra depending on what I'm wearing and what mood I'm in. I also only wear push-up bras during the winter and only sports bras during the summer. I definitely lean toward personal comfort over caring if other people can see my tits jiggle a bit when I'm runnin' around.

I would feel self-conscious going out in public unless I was wearing something with support, like a built in shelf of swimsuit. No bra at home is relaxing. When summers get hot and humid, I really wish it were socially acceptable for women to go shirtless or in those shirts with the side cut out for armholes like men are allowed to. That river of sweat that flows down my cleavage and collects heat along the cups and band is just evil. A little breeze would be heavenly.

Women with to big of boobs should not because it does not look that good especially if they do it often. With smaller A's or B's its fine and looks amazing.

I wear my bra at all times, even to bed. I would feel so weird going out in public without a bra on. Plus then they would bounce and get in my way. I prefer not to be able to tell that you are not wearing a bra in general public.

Bras do not actually prevent your boobs from sagging; that's a myth. If anything they may cause them to sag faster. So no worries!

link <-- sources at bottom.

I only wear bras under two circumstances:
1. See-through shirt.
2. Job interviews or other such fancy-dancy occasions.

I've actually been thinking of getting some nipple covers for the above occasions and doing away with bras altogether. I never realized how uncomfortable they made me on a daily basis until I took a break from wearing them.

It all depends on the person and the size of the breasts. I certainly wouldn't do it but many can.

Depending on the body type, I think it's ok or not-so-ok. Not strictly breast size, but like breast size compared to the body. I've seen some women with VERY large breasts who are really skinny, and it doesn't look very attractive to me when they don't have a bra keeping everything lifted and strapped down.

I also know how uncomfortable bras can be, so if you can't find one that's comfortable enough for you, I can live with my personal visual preferences.

If it is painful for a girl without wearing a bra, why not to wear?

You'll never see me in a bra inside my home. I hate them! They were designed by men I'm sure! The only uses I've found for a bra is for breast feeding and when I want to dress up and go out. But food shopping or running general errands not so much. I don't usually wear clothing that would be revealing anyway so it isn't overly noticeable that I'm with out one. During the summer I do wear them more often then not when out in public because of my clothing choices but still I hate em with a passion. If my boobs ever start sagging or anything I may feel differently about bras but seriously they are really uncomfortable on me.

I didn't wear a bra, unless I was dressed formal, for years. I do now, but what a woman wants to wear is her business.

It doesn't bother me. I see more bras now than when I was a teenager. It was the hip thing to do, to go without a bra then. It was nearly making a statement. Our mothers often slept in bras, we we chose not to wear them in defiance.

Whatever makes the woman feel comfortable is good for me.

LOL!

But, really, my going braless isn't going to increase your cancer risk.

Some clothing isn't bra friendly, I have a leather halter that is simply impossible to wear with a bra. Sometimes I wear no bra under t shirts, it's really up to me.

I have to be honest, that if people are looking at my boobs that closely, they have chosen to "be offended" by what I am doing. If it bothers someone, they shouldn't look!

I absolutely hate going braless in public, even when it's appropriate for the dress. However, I really don't care if other women do it, so long as their attire is not inappropriate for the situation.

I just have to say something about "being offended." *sigh* It's a bugaboo with me. Mainly because I've worked hard to kick the "I'm offended" habit.

In fact, in my opinion MOST of what people claim is "offensive" is totally chosen by them. One can choose to be a less offended person. I did and it changed me for the better. Shit, everything I felt wasn't "right" I used to claim "offense" about. I was a sad sad person.

Aside from horrible crimes, I have lessened my need and desire to claim "offense" for every little thing I don't care for. It's a hell of a lot of responsibility off my back. Having to be the moral judge of what was "offensive" was one freakin' burden that I didn't need and honestly most of which wasn't my business.

I'm just sayin' most of what we find "offensive" are things we CHOOSE to be offended by. Life is easier when one doesn't have to worry about the moral righteousness and "responsibilities" of the entire planet. So many of us worry SO much about what other people are doing to "offend" us that we don't have time to LIVE. Believe me, I've been there. Not giving a shit, and living and letting other live is very FREEING!

Bras included. Why should I care what other women wrap their titties with? I don't care a bit about "fashion" especially what other people are wearing, and there's nothing inherently "immoral" or wrong about going braless, so why care?

It has been bored into my head that all girls have to wear bras, all the time, once they turn ~10.

Yeah, they tried that with me, too.

I'm the kind who rebels against any kind of mind control or "head boring" stuff. Thus, I went about 10 years without even owning a bra, except for the ones for nursing babies.

I wear one now, at times, because I'm older and I think some clothes fit better with a bra. But, if I don't feel like wearing one, off it comes. I can take mine off without removing my shirt (y'know, the unhook, pull one arm through and then pull the bra through the arm of the shirt?) My Man seems to think this is a cool trick. My daughters were taught this trick when they asked for their first bras, which they also only wear when they like.

Sometimes, it's delightfully naughty to simply not wear one.

I'm not sure what to pick. I like going bra less on occasion but most days I sleep in my bra. My boobs just look odd if I don't so I'd never go out in public without a bra unless it's a bathing suit top or the shirt is already designed to support them.

I went with okay whenever because I'm not really one to judge. But a sexy girl bra-less on a weekend morning...*sploosh*
