I do sometimes, but it was mostly after coming back from the gym in the morning and taking a nap before starting my day. But that's about it. Otherwise I find it to end up being uncomfortable.

If I happen to plop down for a nap at a friend's house I might, but otherwise no. I go completely commando around my own house and it's just a lot more comfortable to sleep without undergarments.

I hate bras so most definitely not. The only time I have one on is if I'm going somewhere and I don't have a jacket on.

If I'm just taking a nap, yes. But never at night! My "girls" need time to hang free and breath! Bras are very constricting and my boobs are kind of on the "huge" side, so letting them just dangle for a few hours is always a welcome thing.

I sleep in my bra whenever I'm too tired or lazy to take it off. Hell, some nights I even sleep in jeans.

I find it interesting that women who have larger breasts don't like to wear a bra and take it off at first opportunity (totally scientific observation based on the women of The Talk and my own experiences, plus this thread here). Women with smaller or average sized breasts are either apathetic about them or don't mind wearing one.
Anyway, to speak of the topic, no, I don't sleep in my bra. I don't like to wear them when I'm at home at all. I only wear them when I'm going out to a place with many people.
