I have never heard of or seen one until now. It is unlikey that I would wear one. I mean how well do they stay in place? I can see it now "I am wearing one with a skirt or dress and it falls to the floor. "Excuse me miss, is this yours?" Oh how horrifying. Let alone with my luck it would happen at church when I drop my kids off for their weekly chuch group. Ha, that would be a riot!
