I said I'm "somewhere in between." I don't find it attractive. If it's a case where the whale tail seems accidental, then I don't care. But if it's a case where the outfit is clearly designed to show as much thong as possible, then I find it inappropriate.

If it happens intentionally, I don't like it. I don't think I've seen that in years. I try not to judge such people unless the rest of their outfit implies they want a not-so classy look.
