I do not like to see them on people in public. To me that is like seeing some crack on a guy. You know, crack kills. Hell I do not like seeing any kind of undies showing, makes me want to offer them my belt.

My thinking is a thong is suppose to be worn so that you don't see lines with tight jeans or whatever. So when they show doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose? Haha. Plus I'm not a fan of thongs anyway.

I depends. If I'm at a club, I think it could be sexy (if not a little trashy), but it's inappropriate in other settings (grocery store, school, work, etc.).

it totally depends on the person... no offense to the over weight out there...but someone who is morbidly obese whos thong is sticking out is no where even close to being sexy...where as a curvy girls is usually hot.... *shrug* My 2cents

I didn't read this as a deliberate thing, but if it peeked out by accident. I think that if intentional, it just comes off as trashy. Then again, Mom always said "there's nothing sexier than a sure thing."

We had so many girls showing their thongs (bottom and top side) where I went to high school. Got so bad that there were often reports of random people pulling on the straps and letting them snap back onto the girl when the halls were really crowded. Didn't stop them though.

I find it unattractive in public. Especially if its more than just her thong showing. If her pants are too low and you can see her butt, it's not good. Although it does remind me of the scene in John Tucker Must Die when all the men wear thongs and you can see them halfway up their backs.
