I'm going to go with...depends on the situation and how much is showing. If it's because their pants are too tight/low, or if the underwear isn't sexy...then that is hugely unattractive.
But on the right person, in the right situation? Could be pretty darn sexy!

I don't like seeing anyone's underwear in public and my kid shouldn't be subjected to seeing it either. Wear proper fitting clothes and boys who think it's cool to wear your pants around your knees, please invest in a belt and use it the right way. Anyway that style of wearing your pants originated in jails, basically telling other inmates you're "available", at least that's what I've heard.

Nope, not sexy. Though I'm attracted to men, and I love crossdressing, I don't like seeing someone's undies sticking out for the world to see. If someone bends down and you can see them, that can be hot, but not just constantly in plain view. Seems trashy.

I don't find it attractive, I think it's sexier to wear clothes that fit. Having your undies peeking out makes it look like your clothes don't fit properly.
