I don't generally shop for lingerie online because I like to try it on first, but I have to admit I'm impressed by the wide selection that EF carries, and I was thinking about buying my next bra here...
But I couldn't, because they don't carry my size, and it seems like they just don't carry much in the way of A or B cups at all. Maybe the problem is that the manufacturer just doesn't make smaller sizes, but I find this really frustrating. The only A size I've seen is a 32 A, which I can wear in a pinch (with some discomfort) but it's not ideal...I'm fairly tall, so I'm proportionally broader through the shoulders than a small-breasted woman of average height, and a 34A works better. They seem to have multiple band sizes for other cup sizes, so I feel a little left out.
I've read discussions (here and elsewhere) about the relative lack of lingerie for curvier women, and I definitely get what they're saying, but at the same time, I feel like those of us who are at the opposite end of the spectrum have a similar problem. I'm sure I'm overreacting (and to clarify, I'm not blaming EF in particular, just retailers in general), but to be honest, it makes me feel a little hurt...like these companies think that women with smaller breasts can't also be sexy and feminine. Does anyone else feel this way?
