It doesn't have an open crotch, so you would either have to unsnap it or pull it to the side for intercourse. I don't have any experience with this type of piece, but typically, you'd want to find something with an open crotch on it.

I don't know how comfortable it would be to move that to the side because of the lace. I don't have a whole lot of trouble moving a softer bodysuit to the side, but the lacier ones could easily irritate your penis.

I think open crotch would be better, but since this has a crotch with snaps I don't see why it wouldn't work. I do think it is sexy and know my wife would love it.

That's a really beautiful piece! It's also on our wishlist. As others have said, it wouldn't be practical to have sex with her wearing it, but it's nice "wrapping paper" for you to remove before sex. If you want something similar which she could wear during sex, I'd recommend checking out corsets and bustiers.
