does anyone else here have a problem w/ being short & wearing thigh highs. i just bought a bustier w/ garter straps on it. i have the garter straps shortened as short as they'll go, & they're still too low to hold up the thigh highs. i feel like i'm at a disadvantage having short legs.

I have this problem a lot at 5'1"! I also have trouble finding a bra with straps short enough!

If they are nylon, you can carefully cut the tops off and use them with most garters. I do this all the time. I also do this with regular pantyhose (since I don't like wearing them as regular pantyhose, but prefer them as thigh highs).

My gf is 5'2 and she has to pull them up fairly high to stay on, or else they tend to roll down/fall a lot.

I'm 5'2" and I've just had to come to terms with the fact that a lot of them will sit closer to my knee than the top of my thigh. I do second Elnoa's idea of carefully cutting them to the length you want, I haven't tried it yet but I see no reason why it couldn't work.

I'm 5'4 but have short legs. I've found a few on here, like the Fence Net ones, that work for me. Garters are usually too long, and garterless ones become butt-highs on me. Ugh. Sad.

I'm under 5 feet and I've just given up on garters and thigh-highs. They're usually "hip-highs" on me. Sometimes altering the garter straps helps.
