Products like arousal lubes and gels often contain Menthol which will feel cool or warm when applied to the skin and give kind of a tingly sensation during sex. These products are not going to make you or your partner instantly horny or aren't going to get you of at once. But it should feel nice when you are rubbing it in.

It all depends on the arousal lube. Some are stimulating, creating a tingling sensation for a woman's clit, usually using something like menthol to create this sensation. This makes the clit more sensitive, and therefore, easier to stimulate. Now, I've had some that just don't do a darn thing for me. What may work for one woman, may do nothing for another.
