I was just wondering, is it safe to put water based lube in the fridge for a short period of time to add some fun to temperature play? I am not sure if this would ruin to lubricant or make it unsafe for use after this.

Am I the only person that has wanted to try this?

I don't really like cold so it is not for me, but I don't see why you couldn't.

It's perfectly fine though it might cause a bit of clouding to the lube. You could even put it in a freezer tray for some really great ice cube play. Think about it; you slide a cube inside your partner and let it melt...FUN! You can do the same with silicone but it shouldn't freeze totally. Keeping water based lube in the fridge shouldn't hurt anything, it's never hurt mine!

I agree, Airen's idea sounds quite fun! And I think I have one of those ice trays with little penis shapes....so that would be even cuter!!

This is a great idea! I'm excited for summer so I can try this one.

YAY I am excited to try this now that I know it wont ruin my lube!!!
I know will be winter soon, and I am in Boston, but my apartment is hot most of the time (I will appreciate this more when its snowing) and I have been enjoying cool sensations more than usual these days.

This sounds FABULOUS. And also its better to keep it in a cool place than the humid hell that is my home.Sadly I live with men and I would never hear the end of it if my lube ended up in the fridge
