I was looking at "Jack off" lubes. I wanted to get one for my guy to use on his own, or for me to use on him. There is a limited choice here on EF. I was curious of what do you guys use? If you do use anything. Do you have something that is worth recommending?

I was thinking about ID Him lubricating cream unscented. Only problem is that the reviews aren't too good.

So, what do you think?

We've never tried any of the lubes meant just for male masturbation. My boyfriend uses whatever lube I buy and leave at his house. Right now he's using Wet Synergy and I haven't heard any complaints. He hasn't liked the silicone lubes he's tried because they're harder to clean off, so I don't think he'd like oil based products like the ID Him Cream or Boy Butter for the same reason.

We're pretty similar to Coralbell, where he just uses whatever I have around. He prefers thicker lubes since they don't just drip down to the bottom of his fleshlight.

Maximus is my favorite. Used various KY, astroglide and ID products (dont get me started on Probe - that stuff is the WORST lube made); maximus is a wonderful slippery texture and doesn't really break down. I've heard questionable things about the chemical composition though. Can't go wrong with spit though

I didn't like the ID Him unscented stuff. It's a lot like lotion and dries up really quickly. (I wrote a review for it.)

For some reason, my lover has chosen my JO Massage Glide in Lavender as his favorite. (Even over the regular H2O unscented.)

we just use the same bottle of lube we use for all things sexual. Just go with a lube that you have already tried and know it will work for you.

I rarely use lube for masturbation unless I'm trying out a new toy. If anything, I just use the ky warming jelly. It's water based and it has a nice subtle warming sensation that feels amazing!

I generally prefer a silicone lube because it only takes a few drops and provides plenty of lubrication wile still allowing for friction. With some lubes, I find they are too slick and I lose sensation. I also have Boy Butter, but I have not actually used it for masturbating yet.

Silicone for me, like Kindred said, it provides lubrication while still allowing some friction. It also works the best for shower/bath time.

My Man doesn't use anything, and I wish he would because he sometimes gets chaffed. He seems to think lubes are for anal sex only. *sigh* That man.... I've suggested he use our Sliquid H2O Ride, but he looks at me and says, "I'm just jerking." You'd think he make the connection between not lubricating and the chaffing.

If I keeps chafing or irritation from happening, regardless of what it is, it's all good.

Prior to using toys, I never used lubes. I bought a big bottle of ID Glide and, because it's water-based, won't hurt any of my toys. I still don't use lubes if I'm not using a toy.
