I got some of this as a free sample, but I'm afraid to try it out with my boyfriend. I've heard that a lot of the penis enhancing products decrease sensation or have a sort of numbing effect on the penis. Is this true??

Creams that delay ejaculation have numbing agents. I went through the ingredient list and didn't see anything like lidocaine or benzocaine so unless there is some other numbing agent used you should be safe.

I wouldn't have comdom-free sex with a penis that had this on, tough. Some ingredients are a bit worrying, like triethanolamine which is highly alkaline.

I didn't even think of that! Thank you so much for mentioning the use of condoms. My boyfriend and I both like it better without condoms, but I just got over a yeast infection and I am in no hurry to have one again!
