However, kegels are a great plan. Check out our blog for my latests video blog on kegel exercises, and I recommend getting something like "Smart Balls" to help you. Kegels will help you more, and for longer, than any creams!

Creams are just novelty items. I bought the Tighten up shrink cream last year and rarely used it. I asked my husband if he could feel a difference and he said not at all.

The vaginal muscles are most importantly muscles, after childbirth they can relax, so I recommend working them out like you would with any other part of your body. Kegels are the best thing you can do, whether you use just your fingers or a device like "smart balls" (like Em recommended) or the "kegelcisor enhansor".

I tried some shrink cremes and would highly advice to forget the idea of using them. They've got a substance in them that dries out the vagina, so you're not tighter, just drier...As mentioned above the best bet would be to use a vaginal exerciser.

I have actually tried several in the past with no effect at all. I think after having several kids, you just got to accept the fact that it happens!
Kegals help some but it doesn't cure the problem..guess age doesn't help either..but then hubby has some issues to so it all balances out!

Another vote for exercises! I've been wanting to try the smart balls, too. I've had 6 children, and while it's not porn star tight down there I can still defninitely grip my husband's penis with my vaginal muscles because I'm "clenching" and doing Kegals whenever I remember! :o) There is actually a medical device to help with exercising, too, that you can ask your OB/GYN about.

I believe most of these tightening creams are gimmicks, that suck the money out of your pockets. I'd go explore some medically or naturally based methods/products online, first. They can be healthier, work for the long term, and be less expensive. Let us know your findings~!

I never knew that the creams actually dried you out! I'm so glad that I read this. I was looking to see if we even sold any here on Eden so that I could get some for my lady. But I'll just make sure that she starts using the ben wa balls that I gave to her instead.

Some of those creams contain alum. That is what you put in your canning to make the cucumbers turn into pickles and as mentioned earlier it draws out the moisture. So then you use lube and just re hydrate it and screw up your natural flora of your hooo haaa!
