What do you use to combat dryness?

EF has tons of different lubricants, but it's hard to make a specific suggestion without a few more specifics. Do you have any allergies or sensitivities? Is it for use with a partner? Do you want to use it with toys? If it's for use with toys, what materials are the toys made of?

I don't have allergies and I haven't experienced any sensitivities. It's to use with a partner and with toys. I have a plastic and a silicone toy. The thing is that I am a newly diagnosed diabetic and can make females dry. I just need something that makes sex more comfortable and enjoyable.
We've never had this problem until my diagnosis last year. If you can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
