I recently bought some Pink Water Lube from another website because it was on sale there and I'd seen good reviews of it. The reviews here say that it's tasteless, or has hardly any taste-- but I tasted mine to check (after I'd used it a few times) and it has a very strong bitter taste.
I'm disappointed, because I'd wanted to be able to use this for oral sex, but I'm also worried. Is there usually variation in the way a brand tastes? Has it gone bad? Does lube go bad? It feels fine, and I haven't had any bad reactions, but I'm not sure if I should keep using it or not.
I'm afraid it was on sale because it's old-- but does that mean it isn't safe anymore?
