Warming or tingling = Vagina on fire.

Contributor: Miss Anonymous Miss Anonymous
I've become lube obsessed these pass few weeks. I've been trying lube I'd never really tried. I've been wanting to try and use warming or tingling lubes again, but whenever I do, I end up in pain and it kills the moment.

The last lube I used that was anything like that was the "KY Yours & Mine".

Does those type of lubes work for you?
have you ever encountered anything like that?

I don't have any experience with the warming gels or lubes, but my boyfriend and I have purchased the variety packs of condoms that had some warming ones in them years ago. It really burned me! Not pleasurable at all. A friend of mine recently sent me a goodie bag with a bunch of condoms in there, 4 of which were warming ones. If times get desperate, I might try it out again to see if it still hurts (Can't remember the brand we had last time, but these are Trojan)

I've never tried either, I prefer regular lube.

It burns me too. I think I'm allergic to it or skin sensitive.

I have super sensitive girly bits so to speak and any warming/tingling stuff I have used BURNED so I have just stopped using them

Warming lube and tingling lube makes me feel so uncomfortable! I feel like I'm on fire with the warming lube and feel like I put Vicks Vapor Rub on my vag when I use tingling lube. I am just sticking with simple water-based lube for the time being.

I love using them. I've never had any irritation with the different brands I've used.

Warming lube is a thing of the Devil. if the Devil were an anti-sex god or something.

Never had a problem with warming or cooling lubes, except for one from KY. It smelled bad and felt worse, and found its way into the trash very fast.

I do not like warming lube at all, it is very uncomfortable for me.

Oh Sweety if it causes you pain or discomfort, stop using it. I never need lube so my husband and I don't buy it. The stuff we do have is a 1 ounce bottle of strawberry flavored, water based stuff, it came in a box of condoms I bought a few months ago.

Personal stuff like that always say if it causes discomfort, rash, or irritation stop use and if it persists, see your doctor. Good luck .

I love tingling. Warming not so much.

I hate warming. I used to have one for warming and it burned. I'd just use it for him, not for both. I don't even like the fare and ice condoms. Haven't tried tingling though.

Both warming and tingling seem to work just fine for me. Some are stronger than others but a lot of them use the same active ingredient to achieve the desired effect. If you wanted to try again I would go back and look at the active ingredients in the ones you have already tried. Try one that doesn't use those ingredients

It sounds like you might be allergic or at least overly sensitive to an active ingredient common to many of these, or perhaps a chemical family common to them all. Give up.

If it's happened more than once, just stop. Your body doesn't like it. The good part is that the non-warming are much cheaper!

I prefer the ordinary regular, but high quality, lube! Those others either burn or just don't do it for me.

I tried it a couple times, didn't do anything for me one way or the other

I never tried but I want too, but reading some reviews make me wary of trying.

i stay away from these - less is more with lube!

If you have had a bad reaction, don't keep trying! Sounds like you have an allergy or sensitivity to something in them.

Nope. But the only solution is personal experience.

I sometimes just use my warming lube for external stimulation, but I can't use it for penetration. It just burns too bad.

I've only tried tingling and it was fun!

I dont much like them, you may be sensitive. I know I also can not use the warming lotions from the tanning salon because my skin reacts

I get the bad type of fire sensation.

Whenever I have trouble orgasming or want to speed it up or maybe get in a quick second one, we always grab the tingling lube. Anything cooling or tingling is my best friend! But I also like regular lubes. I haven't had good experiences with warming though.

those kind of scare me! I know some people love it, but I'm really afraid of having a bad reaction.
