@dgoo, I know of one. It will suck nonstop even if you cum. Won't stop unless you shut it off. Also has suction and speed controls. Is this what you're looking for? Something like this will set you back a few bucks of course. Its will last a very long time though. You can even pass it on to your heirs.

I've heard that the water pumps work best, like Bathmate and Penomet. I hope to get around to trying one of them one day. The last penis pump link I used was a cheap air pump and honestly I wasn't impressed.

Chrisman, y. Had my doubts. However first time it sucked me dry and got light headed became a believer. I struggled to turn it off. Pee pee was tingling even hrs later st the gym.
