How real does this masturbator feel?

Not that real, honestly. The fun part about most of these masturbator is the different sensations they give you, rather than trying to mimic the feel of the real thing. If you are looking for something that truly gives that sensation, they are much more expensive.

Practically anything that does not copy the inside of a vagina will not feel real. There are only few makers that do this and some of the best I have tried are the most expensive (~70 on up)

Until they can add a pulse and add muscles, no masturbator or sleeve will feel like the real thing. Like OhMY! is saying, the fun is the different stimulations that they give and using something other than your hand.
