Contributor: lulz lulz
Can it have a bad affect or will it be ok as long as it's not oil based?

In times like this a little testing is needed, here's how you do it (works for any material).
First, apply a drop of the lube you are wishing to use. In this case I used Better Sex Essentials silicone lube on the sleeve of my Sukit.

Let it sit for a minute or so and wipe it off. Look for any change in the surface of the material.

As you can see the surface has started to blister. This means that this lube is not compatible. Other brands may work but you'll have to test them.
