that statement of "50 uses" is actually because it's a Japanese product. in Japan, alot, if not most, masturbation sleeves are one-time-use. meaning you buy it, use it, trash it. the "50 uses" thing is meant to differentiate this one being a sleeve you can clean and use over and over, as opposed to the one-time-use that is normally seen in Japan.
