I bought the Tenga Flip Hole for my b/f, I liked it as it is overall easier to clean then the Fleshlight. He bought the Fleshlight and also loves it.

In my opinion, a sleeve will never be able to replace the real thing.
That being said, Fleshlights do feel great and there are a lot of great inner textures available now that tempt me. Jenna Haze has a mouth opening with a unique "swallow" texture that would make for a great BJ backup. They are pretty pricey though. The Maven gets good reviews though and it is much less expensive so that sounds like a decent alternative like Nakana said.
