I haven't used any other than my two Fairy wands, and I love the "Big Fairy".
The Hitachi is much-beloved, but I do appreciate the control on the Fairy. I'd love to try the Hitachi some day, but I'm not sure the two-setting thing would work for me.
I've heard the Mystic Wand is great and has good patterns if you like them.
I haven't used any of the attachments, so I can't speak for them.

I've only used the Rechargeable Mystic Wand and the Bodywand (comparable to Hitachi, but better materials). I like the Mystic Wand better.
