Contributor: Mikemanz Mikemanz
Does anyone have any experience with confusing/conflicting/ outright lying claims from manufacturer's regarding their materials? How do you relate these concerns in a review?

Simply state the correct information in your review and also submit a support ticket if the product page contains incorrect information.

I recently had a product where the page said TPE and the box said both TPE and Jelly. I just stated that I would be going talking about the safety of the material like it was TPE, but that the box was confusing. If the box only says one thing and the product page only says another, I'd either look on the manufacturer site, or contact someone on the Eden staff.
