Silicone is my favorite material, since I love the softness most silicone toys have. I really like glass, though at present I only own two glass toys. I haven't tried metal yet, and it may be a while until I do.

So far, I only have silicone toys, so I can't make a fair comparison. That being said, I absolutely love silicone. Not only is it super easy to clean, but it transmits vibrations beautifully!
