Alright, the product was more than awesome, enough to keep using it or even repair it.
You see, on the 3rd usage, the top of this product a hole in it. Most likely the hole was cause by stretching, but what I don't get is why the material is peeling off of it like dead skin.

Any care and repair information for this product would be appreciated many times.

I found that its actually better with a hole in the top. it was a tiny hole (in my case) and it allowed me to apply lubricant easier as well as have better control over it.

you cant repair it, rejoice that you "broke her in"

also, holy crap, wasn't the lube they provided perfect for the toy?
