Trying my first ones as an assignment. They surprised me! I like them for the getting you ready mode.

I really like some of the silicone covered kegel exercisers like the Je Joue Ami because they're easy to retrieve and clean.

I just started using the Loa and will do a review on them soon. I love them though. They're not hard to keep in and are rather large, but i've noticed improvements in not needing to pee as often or urgently. And I can feel my PC muscles more so as to work on them without the balls. I like the cord and weighted balls jangling in the Loa too. Sometime I'd love to try the original ben wa balls once I get stronger, and the ami sounds like a nice set. My sis has the emigi and loves it. good luck on your search.
