I don't know what ingredients, but I do know baby powder will absorb oil from your hair.

Well, some sensitive scalps can't stand fragrances sometimes to a lot of the times... So maybe not, unless you've used stronger scented powders or hair products before, and had no irritation, you should be good on that part. As for the first one, I'm not so sure. Sorry about that.
