I am curious as to what these are for. Do they increase sensation? Make it easier to orgasm? I have a hard time orgasming this way anymore. I usually need lots of stimulation and vaginal stimulation as well. Just curious as to whether or not this might be able to make it easier for me or not.

I have never used one, so take this with a grain of salt. But from what I understand, clit pumps increase bloodflow, causing extra sensitivity and aiding physical arousal. They do help you orgasm, just indirectly.

Most of them don't work all that well so, while a good one that worked could make you more sensitive a crappy one is just a waste.

If you want to see if you like them, remember that you can try just having your partner use their mouth and some medium to heavy suction right on the clit itself. In experience i think that too much suction just engorges the clit, and dulls sensation, but a medium amount can increase the bloodflow and therefore sensation. If you find that kind of thing turns you on then try one of the pumps available here.

I've used a couple (some days I wonder what there is left that I haven't tried..) and a good one - with a good seal - is lots of fun, IMO. I find they can be stimulating on their own, and there's definitely a "naughtiness" aspect of it for me.

I have one I kind of enjoy sometimes, but it's a pain in the ass as well, and it's certainly not stimulating enough to be the main event. Read all of the reviews, and pay attention to the pros and cons each user discovered. Also, be prepared for a whole lot of fussing around to get it to work for you.
