I think the Stimulator Sleeve-Noduled looks like the best out of the three.

I agree with sloppy donkey, skip those. I use a wide metal cock ring similar to this link and like it very much but you really have to get the size right or he won't be able to get it on or worse he may have to go to the ER to get it off.
Again, I agree with sloppy donkey, if this is a first cock ring, metal is probably not a good choice. Try silicone, but don't go with a flimsy one, more stretch is NOT necessarily better. You might want to try this one link I like it, the silicone is much more forgiving than metal if you didn't get the size quite right.

In my experience the ones that have a loop around the penis and another loop around the testicles work the best. I haven't tried metal though.

I voted the Dual Support only because you didn't specify which functions of the cock ring you're trying to take advantage of. If it's a matter of erection/endurance enhancement, the Dual Support would be best because the ring at the base of the shaft will improve the erection by restricting the amount of blood flowing back out of the penis, and the ring around the scrotum will help with premature ejaculation. But if what you're looking for is something textured to stimulate your clitoris at each thrust, one of the other would probably do more for you.

I have always enjoyed the Maximus 5-Bead. You tend to get what you pay for, so IMHO the two of them $11 or cheaper would be eliminated.
The reason I enjoy the Maximus cock ring is that it a)Has two rings to provide good separation between the shaft and the balls, b)Has a pretty good vibrating bullet, and c)Is waterproof!
